Shelter Island is located in the middle of the beautiful Peconics between the North and South Forks of Eastern Long Island and is accessible by boat or ferry. West Neck Harbor is on the southwest side of Shelter Island and we are on the Menantic Creek within that harbor.

Location by Car / Ferry
North Fork - Take North Ferry from Greenport to Shelter Island. Follow traffic to right hand turn and continue straight heading south to New York Avenue to stop sign. Continue straight onto Menantic Road and continue south .6 miles to the Island Boatyard on the left-hand side.
South Fork - Take the South Ferry from North Haven (Northwest of Sag Harbor) and onto Route 114 heading North. At 1.9 miles turn left onto Smith Street and continue to the end and the intersection of Smith and Menantic Roads. Turn left onto Menantic for 1/4 mile to the Island Boatyard on the left-hand side.
